Dr. Ahmed Omar sought to build an edifice based on continuity and permanent effort. He was not satisfied with his previous achievements but always strived to achieve more creativity in the development of his company.

He established a group of companies in various sectors, including maritime transport, education, furniture, and real estate development. Dr. Ahmed Omar studied at the Faculty of Law, earned a doctorate in international law, and embarked on his career in management with determination.

He became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative Society for Construction and Housing in New Damietta. Driven by a forward-looking approach, he eagerly embraces new developments in the world of construction and real estate, drawing from the latest local and international practices in the sector.

With innovative designs and ideas, Dr. Ahmed Omar incorporates his unique and distinctive lifestyle, connecting European life with local realities. His exceptional ability to make critical decisions and plan for the future, coupled with over 20 years of professional experience in the real estate market, positions him to meet client's expectations.

In his professional path, Dr. Saad pursued the field of real estate development in Damietta Governorate in 2011. He began his working life in a year and obtained a PhD in Business Administration from the Arab Academy of Sciences and scientific methods.

Dr. Saad specializes in the development and value addition of technology and maritime transport. This expertise has helped him shape the company's policies and collaborate with experts specialized in design, implementation, and investment studies.

He is dedicated to choosing distinctive geographical locations and creating an extended customer environment. Dr. Saad's commitment to scientific methods and continuous improvement contributes to the success of the company in the field of real estate development.
